I haven’t received a confirmation email
If you placed an order, but did not receive an email confirmation, please check your spam folder. If it is not in your spam folder, then you might have entered an incorrect email id. Please email us on support@gentlmn.com for assistance.
How fast will my order ship?
We generally process all orders within the same or next day, depending on the time the order was placed and the delivery preference selected during checkout.
What are your delivery charges?
We offer free next day delivery anywhere in the UAE, on orders of AED 300 and above. Orders below AED 300 will have a delivery charge of AED 20. Please review our Shipping Policy for further details on order cut-off times and delivery timelines.
What payment options are available?
We accept Visa, Mastercard and cash on delivery payments.
How can i edit/change my order?
Please email us on support@gentlmn.com and we will edit the order for you if it hasn't already shipped.
Do you offer returns/exchanges?
Yes, we have a 14-day return or exchange policy. Learn more about our Return Policy.
What is your warranty policy?
We do not have our own warranty policy. All the products on our website are 100% genuine and come with their own manufacturer warranties. To learn more, view our Warranty Policy.
How can i track my order?
Once your order is fulfilled and handed over to our delivery partner, you will receive an email with a tracking number.
Do you provide Art Prints in frames?
No, we don't for now, but are working on it. All art prints are rolled and delivered in a mailer tube. They might need a few days to straighten out, so unroll them, place books on all corners and handle carefully using gloves to avoid scratches and print marks. You can also place them in a frame right away and they'll sort themselves out.
Do you ship to the GCC?
Yes we do. We ship from the UAE to Oman, Saudi Arabia, Bahrain and Kuwait. Delivery timings are usually around 2-3 business days from date of order, depending on Customs.
